Class SynchronizedRequestStream<T>

    Lock-based synchronized implementation of a ClientCallStreamObserver. Acts as a wrapper of another ClientCallStreamObserver, to which all of operations will be delegated, adding synchronization logic to onNext(Object), onCompleted() and onError(Throwable).
