This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the RegisteredCustomerManagedKey.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via RegisteredCustomerManagedKey.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to #keyRegistration(List).
