This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the VisualInteractionOptions.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via VisualInteractionOptions.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to interactions(VisualInteractionOptions).
