Retrieve a Dialect by inspecting a Connection.

Parameters:

operations - must not be null.

Returns:

the resolved Dialect DialectResolver.NoDialectException if the database type cannot be determined from DataSource.

Throws:

DialectResolver.NoDialectException - if no Dialect can be found.
