wmfFont - the font to use the charset of.

bstr - the encoded bytes of the string.

getHorizontalAlignment

Get the Horizontal Alignement for the Alignment property.

getVerticalAlignment

public static int getVerticalAlignment(int align)

Get the Vertical Alignement for the Alignment property.
