public class LinkAnnotationHandler
extends SelectionBoxHandler
implements ToolHandler, MouseInputListener

Handles the creation of a new link annotation. A rectangle is drawn on mouse pressed and on mouse released the selection box is used as the bounds for a new link annotation.
