        Parameters:
        title - - A short, descriptive, user-friendly title for the implementation guide.
        name - - A natural language name identifying the implementation guide. This name should be usable as an identifier for the module by machine processing applications such as code generation. Field is a 'choice' field. Type should be one of Reference, String. To pass the value in, wrap with one of the ImplementationGuide_Definition_PageBuilder.name static methods
